Our trainers are previous university lecturers, trained coaches and complementary medicine teachers. They have worked with MA and BA students on confidence training, as well as on how to present yourself professionally, including entrepreneurial programmes on how to find your true purpose. RISE leadership and self-development
12 hours workshop. Diploma
The RISE programme was developed in 1999/2000 when our trainer Tine Larsen was teaching in the UK. It has later also been used in leader programmes for “Future leaders in the Barents area” in co-operation with the Barents secretariat, Troms Country Council, and Murmansk Consulting Group. Meditation can be viewed as one tool to get more balance in your everyday life. Practicing meditation also keeps a better blood flow within the body and is an excellent tool for stress relief. Research and scientific testing show that meditation can help with keeping balanced blood pressure, hormonal system, and is a preventive measure for brain and heart issues. BREATH

Advanced training in meditation where we focus on our chakra, meridians and how to refill our body with more energy. After completing the BREATH meditation workshop, you are welcome to join us in CHAKRA. You will learn more of what a chakra is and how to cleanse, energise and keep the balance within each chakra.
